Here are the steps we help you take to get started:
Step 1. If you aren’t already licensed, we can help you sign up for Real Estate School and get started with your course.
Step 2. Once you complete your course, we help you fill out the necessary paperwork to receive your license.
Step 3. You are assigned a mentor through our apprenticeship program to support you through your training.
Step 4. We provide you with warm prospects.
Step 5. We teach you how to present to prospects and secure their business.
Step 6. Complete your first real estate transaction! We help you negotiate and close your first contract.
Step 7. You get paid and are on your way! The sky's the limit!

- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Great communication and social skills
- Technology driven
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Self-motivation and drive
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or be interested in pursuing one
