The Transaction Manager’s role is to ensure that we meet all minimum standards as set by the real estate commission. Your main responsibility is to ensure that agent paperwork is complete and fully approved prior to the transaction being completed. You will also act as a resource to our agents and staff who have questions about the proper way to complete paperwork or specific regulations.
In addition to ongoing transaction paperwork, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all new hires have proper paperwork completed. You will keep a database of agent information and be responsible for ensuring that agents are keeping their licenses current and up to date. Additionally, you will ensure that all offices have the proper disclosures and licenses.
Must be incredibly well organized, have the ability to multi-task and be tuned in to the small details. Effective oral and written communication skills, experience with Dotloop and an understanding of the real estate industry are also required. Most importantly, you will have a great sense of humor and be willing to jump in as a true member of our team committed to making ours the BEST real estate company in Massachusetts for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential real estate industry as either a salesperson, manager or licensed admin. Our ideal candidate must have the desire to be continually learning, able to work on multiple tasks at the same time and be committed to seeing a project through to it’s completion. Must be a team player and excel in team based environments.
This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Wakefield, Ma. But travel to our other offices may be required occasionally.
This is a full time position. Office hours are 9am – 5pm M-F.
