The Brett Tanner Team is looking for a top producer who has a track record of leadership; someone who has risen to the top of leadership positions in every area of their business, career, and personal life. They are dynamic, attractive, and highly impressive. They are highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with high urgency.

Someone whose burning desire is to build the dominant real estate company in their market. They should have a need to influence others and can prove it through demonstrating where they have used influence to recruit agents to Keller Williams Realty and their previous companies. Someone who possesses a strong desire to have a position where they lead and influence others.

They must have at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5% of their office. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions.  

They have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

Compensation to be a competitive salary plus quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Team Leader in his/her absence, as required.
  • Set a minimum of 15 new interviews per week.
  • Recruit a minimum of 4 new agents to the team per month.
  • Be a resource and mentor to all new agents within their first 90 days on the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Team expectations and standards by all new agents during their first 90 days on the team.
  • Set the tone with production and be an example of maintaining a consistent sales business in addition to these other responsibilities.


Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License
  • Minimum 2-3 years working as licensed agent
  • Leadership, management, team-building skills

  • Top producing sales success track record in recent past
  • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill
Compensation
$65,000 - $120,000
