Our growth in agents and sales requires a full-time, dedicated Real Estate Sales Trainer who is passionate about investing in others, helping team members hit their goals, and moving the company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new team members
  • Training - weekly training, development of agents, onboarding new agents, role-playing, building out our training program and mentor program
  • Accountability - weekly agent one on ones, contests/motivation, goal setting, daily huddles
  • Recruiting - interviewing applicants and moving them through the application process
  • Processes - deep understanding of our systems, Limbird procedures, and real estate contracts to train others

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or Brokers License
  • Experience with sales training and building a team
  • Servant leadership style
  • Love learning and investing in other's development
  • Ability to hold other people accountable

Compensation
$35,000 - $50,000 based on experience
