Our Real Estate Brokerage is growing, and we’re looking for a talent acquisition manager to help us find the right people for our brokerage! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential real estate agents, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected

  • Communicate clearly to real estate agents the benefits of joining our brokerage
  • Convey the brokerage's value proposition to agents, showing how we can help them sell more homes and achieve work-life balance
  • Schedule and confirm recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed
  • Continue to follow up and stay in touch with agents that are not ready to move
  • Focus on growth, recruiting targets and tracking progress
  • Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both warm and cold

Qualifications
  • Familiar with online job posting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills

  • Must have a hunter mindset
  • Have at least 40 new agent conversations each day
  • Must be a good culture fit with the company
  • Great technology skills when it comes to CRM systems or database to develop and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with all parties in keeping accurate and detailed accounts of daily tasks
  • Prior real estate experience not required
  • Phone sales experience required
