Responsibilities

  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs
  • Have an always learning mindset and grow with a supportive team
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations
  • Help your clients by providing them with the means to be able to help them build wealth through real estate
  • Act as an economist of choice and teach buyers and sellers about our local state of the market
  • Hold Open Houses weekly

Qualifications

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Detail-oriented regarding contract writing and review
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Grit, determination, and a great team player
  • Sense of urgency is high
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Not afraid of hearing the word, "No"
  • Current Alaska Real Estate License (or actively seeking to get one)

Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 at plan commission
