Responsibilities

Responsibilities with receipt of RE license:

  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business

Qualifications

Requirements to Apply:

  • Real estate license for MO
  • A drive to work on a team and have control over your professional growth
  • A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
  • No real estate license is necessary to get started – (where available, new agents will receive training to work toward all necessary real estate licenses and qualifications.)
  • No experience necessary – (New agents will receive training and coaching to get started in building their real estate business.)

Compensation
$40,000 - $100,000
