We are a high-performance real estate team with more leads than our current sales team can handle! We are on the lookout for a full-time real estate sales specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll pursue leads, prepare contracts, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the leads, systems, coaching, and support our sales team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented sales agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
Qualifications
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required

  • Maryland Real Estate License desired but not necessary to apply, but need to be pursuing - we can help you obtain a license

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000
