We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate JR. acquisitions specialist to join our real estate sales team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Job Type:



  • Monday - Friday
  • Saturday (Available + Appointments)

Supplemental Pay:

  • Base Pay
  • Commission Pay
  • Bonus Pay


  • Schedule and attend sales appointments through cold-calling and following up with leads
  • Qualify sales prospects in a professional and timely manner
  • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
  • Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate properties and formulate offers
  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
  • Manage and nurture a database of seller leads
  • Track sales activities and lead notes in software database
  • Assist company with other projects as needed


  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn and follow processes
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively nurture leads over time
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment
