Kendrick Realty, Inc is looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents to join our rapidly growing Los Angeles County team.

Our success is tied to your success, so if you don't make money, we don't make money. We provide you with the resources and training necessary to place you among the top 5% of income earners within the real estate industry. However, we'll expect that you'll have the energy and high performance work ethic to keep up with the best. We don't have time for mediocrity, and neither should you.
We are a company of top producers actively earning doctor and lawyer incomes, but we also know that success doesn't come without working doctor and lawyer hours and schedules. We work hard and we play hard -- and together everyone wins.
Here's the deal: Each and every month, we will invest in your real estate business. This proactive investment will provide you with an exclusive and steady flow of home-buyer and seller leads. And... just in case you are wondering, NO, you will not be sharing these leads with any other agents within our brokerage. These leads will produce, on average, two (2) new client showings each and every week!
Together, we'll also create a business plan specific to your income expectations, and based upon our experience, metrics and key management numbers. Each and everyday you will know exactly what specific actions are necessary to achieve your goals. We literally give you the road map and blueprint to success. You'll just need to provide the ACTION.
A Day in the Life
What type of action? This position will be focused on converting leads into showing appointments, and converting first and second time showing appointments to offers, and negotiating subsequent counter-offers to fully executed contracts.
In a typical week, the applicant should expect to run at least 2-5 client (first-time viewing and repeat) showing appointments in their assigned territory. The Applicant will also make extensive use of our proprietary Client Relationship Management (CRM), and will track and manage their client portfolio through this system.
Applicants should expect to spend a significant amount of time on the phone and in front of a computer in between appointments. Self-discipline and organization are a must to be successful as one of our Realtors. The majority of your time will be spent in pursuing and follow-up with inbound leads that are requesting property information. We have a strong preference for those applicants that have extensive experience in prospecting information requests, following a proven system, and being fluent in using specific consultative dialogues.
The Applicant will be responsible for writing and submitting client offers, negotiating offer / counteroffer terms, obtaining lender pre-qualifications and approvals, and guiding executed contracts through escrow and closing (with a Transaction Coordinator). Applicant will also be responsible for all ongoing communication with clients who have been on showing appointments but have not found the right home for them yet, including regular communication, sending new listings, scheduling subsequent appointments, providing expertise and ongoing value, etc.

This position is commission based. Realtors should expect to take home $120,000 - $250,000 per year. Realtors should expect time commitments commensurate with those income levels. Most of our Realtors choose to work a 6 day schedule, Wednesday - Monday with Tuesdays off.
