Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business daily
  • Attend in office coaching, training and sales meetings
  • Work directly with listing clients to price, stage and market homes
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Hold open houses regularly
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job (or willingness to get one.)
  • Independent and self motivated.
  • People oriented.
  • Always has a professional demeanor.
  • Fast thinker.
  • Learning based and coachable.
Compensation
$75,000 at plan commission
