Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales

  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Representation of sell-side listings, including leads from the team leader
  • Representation of buyers and investors in identifying listings that meet their search criteria, and negotiating offers that win at a price that the buyers can afford
  • Attend pitches to secure new exclusive listings
  • Prepare and relay marketing analysis reports and be able to draw and relay insights
  • Report monthly earnings and track goals

Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Licensed Manhattan-based Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated success in Manhattan Real Estate Sales
  • Passionate about helping New Yorkers with the biggest decisions in their lives
  • Enthusiastic about helping others
  • A proven team player

Compensation
$180,000 - $200,000 yearly
