We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience fun and stress-free for our clients. We are looking to hire 4 to 6 new agents to communicate with warm leads generated by our dynamic and fast-growing team.

If you are an experienced agent, brand new, or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We have more qualified leads than we can handle. We have the coaching and training processes. We have the knowledge and experience to help our agents achieve their goals. We are looking for people like you!


  • Speak with pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Troubleshoot potential challenges for your clients before and during their home purchase
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective clients by listening and helping them achieve their goals
  • Creating a database of relationships - perspective buyer clients that will come to you for their real estate goals


  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends is preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Consistent record of real estate success or equivalent in other industries preferred but not required
  • Ability to build relationships with people you haven't met before
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A willingness to help others
  • A desire to accomplish your goals
  • A real estate license is required or you are currently in school to obtain your license
