Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious experienced Sales Agents to join us!

We need agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply NOW!

Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, and leases for buyers and sellers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$75,000+ at plan commission
