• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

• Working team open houses to introduce clients to local real estate market

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Technology driven
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Great communication and social skills
• Past sales experience is preferred

• Must have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and be trainable
• Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle to travel to and from appointments and office
• Must be available evenings and weekends to help clients
