Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

This is NOT for the brand new, rank amateur agent seeking a shortcut to proficiency, nor is it for the failed agent unable to make a living. Instead, the agents who love this change and do well in this position:

  • Have had some successful sales
  • Are knowledgeable
  • Have good client management, communication and organization skills

RealPro Real Estate Consultants offers a proven buyer lead generation and conversion system to its partner consultants. The Broker / CEO Rick Bengson is a 25+ year real estate broker veteran having personally sold over 850 homes. He is the former owner of HomeFeedback.com / Showing Suite having sold the company to ShowingTime in 2018. He is the co-author of the book "BluePrint for 100 Deals" (the systems and technology to sell 100 homes year after year). He is also a former general contractor developing spec homes, custom homes build to suit, and several condo conversion projects. He and his wife Dena also own Revenue Masters (a healthcare financial software and services company) based in Fort Myers, FL. You will work directly with Rick for training, coaching, goal planning and mentoring.
