Responsibilities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business

  • Make calls/texts on a daily basis to bring in new business and follow up/nurture calls to past leads. The expectation is 20 contacts (conversation had) per day, 2+ hours a day to reach.
  • Grow/continue follow up to your own sphere of influence
  • Host open houses to bring in new leads
  • Manage buyer/seller from consult to show/list to close
  • Set, attend and sign listings and/or buyers, minimum requirement 2 qualified appointments per week
  • Quick response times to incoming leads-answered within 3-5 minutes

Qualifications
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

  • Current Real Estate license is non-negotiable
  • At least 1 year experience in real estate with a track record of lead generation/follow up
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
  • Forward thinking, proactive, learning based, and perform well under pressure
  • Strong negotiator (we'll show you how)
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Looking for a CAREER not a job

Compensation
$85,000+ (at plan commission)
