Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

  • Assist your Mentor with showings - scheduling, etc
  • Prepare offers for your Mentor, call listing agents, learn the transaction process
  • Engage your sphere with outbound lead generation
  • Prospect for Mentor's open houses
  • Shadow Mentor's appointments
  • Prepare for listing presentations, buyer presentations, and open houses
  • Learn side by side with your Mentor to develop successful habits with daily agent activities

Qualifications
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self-motivation and drive

  • Organized and manages time effectively

Compensation
$2,000 monthly + Bonus
