Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Proactively prospecting for potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Meeting with clients to understand their real estate goals, preferences, and budget. Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify suitable properties or investment opportunities.
  • Property Valuation and Market Analysis: Conducting thorough research and analysis to determine accurate property valuations and pricing strategies based on market conditions, comparable sales, and other factors.
  • Property Showings and Negotiations: Facilitating property showings for potential buyers and sellers while skillfully negotiating offers, terms, and conditions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management: Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Networking and Professional Development: Building and maintaining a strong professional network of contacts, including other real estate agents, brokers, industry professionals, and potential clients. Continuously investing in professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Tech savvy
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
Compensation
$125,000+ at plan yearly
