Sales Specialist Needed Immediately for our Wholesale Team!

Real Estate Sales Position, Representing Cash Investors!!

We are looking for individuals with a strong sales orientation to join our team as a Wholesale and Acquisitions Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Use both warm leads and cold calling to identify the needs of potential clients

• Contact clients and set up appointments to review the clients needs

• Evaluate the property to identify potential issues and relevant financial considerations to determine the best negotiation approach

• Negotiate property acquisitions with clients while maintaining favorable client relationships



Qualifications

• We are looking for sales experience. This is a MUST!!

• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

• Professional demeanor.

• "Relationship Builder" sales personality a big advantage.

• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
