After our competent staff performs a needs analysis, this information and criteria will be forwarded to the buyer Showing Agent. The Showing Agent will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria. They will then set appointments to show buyer clients those homes. As buyers explore homes, the Showing Agent will work with them to confirm or refine criteria and show additional homes as needed. When buyer clients are ready to make an offer, the Showing Agent will pass the baton back to the lead agent, or in some cases, continue on to write and submit the contract of sale.
A Showing Agent should be able to successfully show homes to two to three buyers a week and follow up with other candidates by phone and email daily.
This position is for the licensed agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience. This job would be great for a candidate who wants to work part time or full time with a flexible schedule.
