The White Group’s ideal Sales Associate is an energetic person who focuses on converting leads, finding homes and assisting a buyer through the offer process. They prepare for a buyer consultation to assure the buyer’s understanding of the market, the purchase process and the value of the White Group’s services. They excel in obtaining signed buyer representation agreements, finding homes that suit the buyer’s needs, presenting offers for the buyer and persistently working to fulfill their service commitment throughout the home buying process. 

This position is full-time, as an independent contractor. No taxes will be withheld from their compensation. Income is commission based, with unlimited potential. Our team’s track record is that agents can earn $80,000 - $90,000 in their first full year with our team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will have the opportunity to grow and advance, if desired. The White Group also comes complete with a Marketing Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, both of whom are deeply committed to supporting the group and its team members in achieving high levels of success.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner.
  • Consult with clients and discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. 
  • Act as an intermediary between your client and other agents. 
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home buying experience. 
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the buying process.

Qualifications

  • Real estate experience not required; must have or working to acquire a Real Estate license.
  • We provide training, coaching and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must.
  • Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed. 
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan - no ceiling on income
