Real Estate Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking) - CONVERSATIONAL / FLUENT

As our Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be an agent on the #8 team in Canada for Royal LePage. You will engage in all Real Estate agent sales activities as the primary point of contact for all Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation to acquire new business
  • Host consultations with potential buyers and sellers
  • Ensure that consistent follow-up occurs during the closing process to give clients a friction-less and attentive real estate experience
  • Keep up with current real estate trends and neighborhoods within the GTA and surrounding areas in order to provide clients with expert opinions on the areas they are interested in
  • Consistently follow up with leads in order to further build your client base and sales pipeline
  • Hold open houses in person (if available) or virtually to establish potential buyers for your property while also establishing new lead opportunities

Qualifications

  • A valid real estate license
  • Fluent in Mandarin- conversational 
  • Minimum 2 years of residential real estate experience
  • A proven track record of sales experience and success
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Organized and skilled in time management
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner of newer systems 
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering high-quality service
  • Familiarity with the GTA and surrounding areas market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Knowledge/experience in pre-construction and/or commercial sales would be a definite asset

Please note this person will be based out of our Oakville Office location.

Compensation
$75,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
