Our ambitious team is growing, and we’re looking for our next real estate agent to help us continue to deliver top-notch service to our clients in the Oakville area. We’re a rapidly growing team with plenty of opportunities to scale. We’re specifically looking for a licensed real estate agent with at least 1 year of experience for this role.

Specifically, we’re looking for:

• Integrity / Honesty - When you don’t know something, you say so. When you make a mistake, you own it.
• Self-Motivated & Persistent - We work with our client's timelines and you need to be able to find, create, and communicate value to potential clients even before they begin their real estate transactions.
• Resilience & Emotional Intelligence - Real estate sales are full of ups and downs. Dealing with rejection from prospective clients comes with the job. You should be able to handle disappointments with class and poise.
• Curious & Responsive - We have the privilege of being invited into peoples’ lives as they navigate a major milestone in their lives. You must be a question-asker and respond quickly as we navigate the process with our clients.
• Organized & Great Communicator - We work with clients at different stages of their real estate transactions. You need to be able to keep detailed notes (in our CRM) and revisit them throughout the follow-up process.

Must be proficient with:

• Email, communication & listening, and Zoom/virtual calls

• We’re looking for a friendly agent who is sincere, hardworking, and thoughtful and is eager to work with our buyer clients to find homes they love.
• You must also be a top-tier closer and enjoy talking to people on the phone.

• RECO Registration in good standing
