As our Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be an agent on the #8 team in Canada for Royal LePage. You will engage in all Real Estate agent activity as the primary point of contact for clients.

Please note this role requires you to be physically present in our Oakville office.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and new business
  • Host consultations
  • Ensure that consistent follow up occurs during the closing process to give clients a friction-less and attentive real estate experience
  • Keep up with current knowledge of neighborhoods within the GTA and surrounding areas in order to provide clients with expert opinions on the areas they are interested in
  • Consistently follow up with leads in order to further build your client base and sales pipeline
  • Hold open houses in-person (if allowed) or virtually to establish potential buyers for your property while also establishing new lead opportunities

Qualifications

  • A valid real estate license
  • 5+ years of residential real estate experience
  • A proven track record of sales and success
  • Knowledge/experience in pre-construction sales would be a definite asset
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Tech-savvy is an asset
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Familiarity with the community

Compensation
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
