Our growing real estate investment company is looking for people with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. In this role, you will visit warm residential property owners (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 3 warm leads a day.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will set you up on appointments and you will be responsible for going on the appointments, building rapport and identifying their needs, then negotiating the purchase of the property for our company. The ability to negotiate the best price possible directly impacts the earning potential you have.
This position will work out of their home and travel around the Greater Cincinnati region.
$75,000-100,000 first year compensation.
We are a local real estate investment firm that purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. We renovate those properties and then sell to them, usually to first or second time home buyers.
