Reali is hiring four more Contract Sales Recruiters for staffing Real Estate Agent roles in California!

Our Sales Recruiter is a “hunter” and instrumental in implementing Reali’s plan to achieve growth to more than 400 contract Real Estate Agents in 2022. This is a hand’s-on, “boots on the ground” sales position, where you will interact with our Real Estate Team, and source, attract, nurture, and hire contract Real Estate Agents throughout California.

The Sales Recruiter is a non-supervisory position based in the field. The position reports to our Sales Recruiting Manager. Compensation is hourly, 40 hours per week.


  • Source, hunt for, and hire contract Real Estate Agents by developing relationships and active and passive means including, advertising, job boards, cold-calling, events, meetings, and information sessions, among others
  • Maintain database of prospects and nurture for additional leads and referrals
  • Keep accurate statistics on lead generation and hiring funnels and report them to the Sales Recruiting Manager
  • Develop new lead sources and strategies for contract Real Estate Agent hiring, including long-term nurturing strategies
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of Reali’s business practices and unique products and effectively sell this to prospective new hires
  • Nurture and qualify prospects according to successful agent profiles
  • Assist, in partnership with the People team, with full cycle process of sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding new contract Real Estate Agents
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for prospect lead generation and hiring
  • Provide market data and insights to Real Estate leadership team
  • Build relationships with industry referral sources


Must Haves:

  • Self-motivation to meet and exceed sales and/or recruiting goals
  • Superior head hunting and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing grassroots sourcing techniques
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to attend in-person meetings, open houses, broker tours, and other recruiting events

Nice to Haves:

  • Understanding of sourcing and hiring for contract positions
  • Deep understanding of the residential Real Estate industry; current or former licensed agent in California, a plus
  • Prior experience recruiting independent contractors
  • Strong understanding of how to use social media channels for lead generation and candidate engagement
  • ATS tracking/metrics reporting

$30 - $50 hourly
