The Stonebraker Group is looking for two experienced & motivated real estate professionals to join our team as a Listing Specialist. Our team's proven systems and support structures are built around maximizing what makes our team members successful, effective, and fun (selling lots of homes), while minimizing what they like the least (paperwork). We provide all transaction management, administrative assistance, marketing, and training support as well as career coaching by a top level agent.

• Prospecting with provided leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments
• Provide sellers with a consultation to discuss CMA results and different sale options (i.e. open market, investor buy out, etc.), pricing strategies, home staging, and advertising options.
• Effectively represent and negotiate for your clients
• Recognize potential flip opportunities to pitch to your investor clients (training provided)
• Work closely with your transaction manager to oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from contract to close
• Maintaining consistent and aggressive lead follow-up
• Take advantage of team training opportunities, proven systems, and use of scripts
• Commit to time-blocking for prospecting, meeting with clients, etc

• Active Real Estate License Required
• Your own phone, laptop, and vehicle required
• Have a desire to control your professional growth and future success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including email, CRM software, e-sign software, etc
• Commitment to take advantage of team training opportunities, proven systems, and use of scripts
• Maintain a positive attitude and perform at a high level
