We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Recruiter that is primarily responsible for leading the recruiting division and adding the right agents to our team. We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.   • Proactively recruit 20+ experienced agents within 1 year
  • Call 10 plus experienced agents per day
  • Consult experienced agents on sales and business strategies (Content and Training Provided)
  • Organize a consistent follow-up system so that each prospect is touched a minimum of twice per month with relevant and personalized content
  • Establish and lead a team responsible for transitioning newly joined associates to the office and improve communication between staff so associates experience a hassle-free transition
  • Follow a daily activities management system
  • Create and maintain an extensive database of names using the provided CRM
  • Oversee the designing of a recruiting website within 6 months and update content as needed


  • Must live locally (this is an in-person position)
  • Sales Experience a must (real estate sales or related industry experience appreciated, but not required)
  • Social Media proficiency
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to make outbound calls to potential candidates

$50,000 plus commission
