Homestead Realty, North Shore Homes and Homestead Mortgage are seeking a Recruiter located in the South Eastern WI area. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our successful organization. The Agent Recruiter will engage with Real Estate professionals both new and experienced demonstrating to them how we can take their business to the next level.

The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer service. We are seeking a self-starting, focused, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details during the hiring process & throughout onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities
  • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics

Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm
Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate
Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline
Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments with company owners and maintain recruiting records as needed
Pre-interview over phone and/or in-person to qualified candidates to present to owners
Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the Homestead Realty/North Shore Homes value proposition
Strategically partner with owners to recruit, schedule appointments, interview and provide candidate information
Must be able to meet or exceed monthly recruiting and follow-up goals as set by management
Must be professional in demeanor as you will be the first impression of the company
Work as a team to achieve recruiting metrics
Hybrid work from office/home schedule

Qualifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must

  • Great professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to make at least 30 cold calls a day

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 yearly
