Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate trainer recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, on-boarding new agents, and providing support and training. Our ideal applicant has a minimum of 3 years full-time real estate work, strong organizational skills, a love for teaching and serving, and a knack for identifying great talent. Responsibilities
  • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry

  • Develop Monticello Team Continuing Education
  • Training of agents with the latest scripts, presentations, and strategies
  • The administrator of the Monticello FB group
  • Reports directly to the Broker
  • Facilitates Training workshops, scripts development,
  • Build rapport with our existing agents so that you can add value to their business
  • Engage with Agents on social and share our training media and training opportunities
  • Engage with our current agents to make sure they are getting the support they need. We recognize bdays, anniversaries of joining the company, Lifetime sales (25,50,100, 250, etc), and monthly/quarterly/annual sales leaders
  • Be available to address/listen to agent concerns/issues and mediate issues between agents
  • $50,000 + bonus & commissions

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must

  • Valid NYS Real Estate License
  • At least 3 years of full-time real estate experience
  • Prior experience recruiting or training
  • Prior experience with hiring and interviewing
  • Valid NYS Drivers License

Compensation
$50,000 + bonus
