We’re hiring for a dynamic real estate recruiter and admin assistant to assist our Chief Recruiting and Marketing Officer in adding agents to our team, and implementing our marketing/social media plan.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is highly detail-oriented, and loves to where multiple hats. Able to balance creativity with structure and can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life. This is an in-office position. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Pull agent lists from Department of Real Estate
- Pull lists from Real Estate Schools
- Post on social media
- Send Direct Messages
- Send Text Messages
- Assist with outreach vis phone calls
- Send Mailers
- Assist with Marketing tasks
- Assist with social media tasks
- Assist with admin tasks
Qualifications
- Must have admin experience
- Must have experience on the phone
- Some Real Estate experience preferred
- Real estate license preferred (or be willing to become licensed)
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
