The Buyer Agent Partner is an individual with high integrity and supreme customer service. The Partner is an individual who enjoys helping people look at homes and dig into the details of the value and the current market activity.


This person is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader with the team. The Buyer Partner should be able to successfully show homes to 7 to 10 clients a month.


Having a strong sense of urgency is key, but not at the expense of quality. The Buyer Partner works in unity with the Lead Buyer Specialist and is committed to the team’s standards and helping achieve the team’s goals.

Responsibilities

The Buyer Partner:

  • Has a flexible schedule
  • Keeps an organized calendar for conducting open houses
  • Consistently networks to prospect for new customers
  • Nurture leads to appointments then close for agreements,
  • Conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis for the clients
  • Takes a proactive approach in all areas of business

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 (in first year)
