Your role in this position is to come in ready and willing to learn the nuts and bolts of building an extremely successful real estate business for yourself with a sales team led and coached by a Top 0.01% producer that personally sold 450+ properties last year part-time.   • An understanding of the pivotal role follow-up on leads plays in sales success
  • Proactive in the use of available training resources and support channels
  • The ability to compose, edit and send emails with PDF attachments
  • The ability to use a Corporate Messaging system
  • The ability to learn to navigate a CRM system
  • The ability to navigate the Internet and access online resources
  • The ability to connect to and navigate through video/virtual conferencing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Come in ready and willing to learn a more collaborative style, where you are supported by all the members of the team
  • Provide your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Consistent follow-up on leads and referrals to grow the sales pipeline
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Keep up with brokerage and team specific trainings
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Past sales experience is preferred

Compensation
$95,000 - $120,000 yearly
