We are a top producing real estate team in the Metro Denver area that has paid out $1.9 million in commissions in the last 3 years to agents on our team. We are expanding our Group and looking for a Top Notch Real Estate Agent to handle Seller and Buyer leads in Metro Denver and surrounding communities. We foster an education-based, technology-driven culture that rewards self-starters.

We have a fun, learning based environment that is geared towards helping agents "build a life by design." We are looking for a sales professional, preferably with a real estate license (If not we can help you get license and we have RE School discounts) to meet with sellers and those considering selling their home. We will be starting a new training session in April/May of 2018 to help our agents kick off their 2018/19 goals. 

This is an ideal job for a skilled sales person or a new licensee who wants to hone their sales skills and earn the right to move up on a successful team.

It is important to take action and implement what we teach. It will lead you to a successful real estate career and exceptional results. This will lead to your making more money and achieving your goals. Our successful agents consistently make 6 figures a year.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet, seller valuation, buyer inquiries and phone inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours. 
  • Go to listing appointments with Lead listing Agent and follow our proven listing presentation to convert sellers to list their home with us.
  • When not on appointments actively follow up with Buyer and Seller leads to set new appointments.

 
Qualifications

  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.) 
  • If you don't have license we prefer minimum 1+ year of sales experience and a proven track record of results in another field.
  • 1+ years of real estate experience is preferred for active real estate licensed agents.  
  • Willing to be held accountable for results and meet with Productivity Coach. 
  • Active, engaged agent partner. 
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong phone voice, professionally dressed with clean reliable car for appointments.
  • Organized, systematic and detail oriented.

Compensation
$60,000-$80,000 at plan 1st year, 6 figures thereafter
