- Prospect for clients, all day every day.
- Respond to all leads and requests for information.
- Schedule and conduct presentations with potential clients.
- Work with clients to stage, price and market their homes.
- Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
- Network to source new business as needed.
- Create happy customers and raving fans!
- Meet with customers to determine their needs.
- Determine the best way to promote the home.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Develop relationships and build rapport with customers.
- Provide buyer/seller overview of current market conditions and projections.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus.
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
- Passionate about selling.
- Must be self-motivated and driven.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Extremely strong phone skills.
- Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
