Responsibilities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

  • A proven record of sales experience and success. 1-year minimum real estate experience, or minimum $1M in prior year production (Candidates without an established track record, but other performance indicators, will be considered)
  • Willingness to learn new tools and open to coaching
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay accountable to your Clients, Customers, Brokerage and the industry

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
