THE REQUIREMENTS: You are a bright, ambitious, hard-working agent (or in the process of becoming one) who is sick and tired of low production and weak performance. You want something MORE! You are serious about a career, not collecting a commission check. You have the commitment and self-discipline to take your business and life to the top.

OUR SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRMs and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the pre-qualified leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: A Resume and DISC Assessment needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position. The DISC can be completed through this application at no charge.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU: If you are hired to join one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the AREA, our Onboarding Program will transform what you thought possible. You should be selling 3 homes a month within 90 days. Every week we will help you set goals and take action. It is that simple. Set goals, take action. As your coaches, we will hold you accountable, so you can achieve your goals, easily. We have worked with the TOP coaches in the nation to get where we are. It is NOT an accident; we know what it takes, and we know how you can succeed, and we want you to do that. 

You get all the tools that make you successful - contact management system, the Fountain Group as well as Compass’ professional branding, listing and buyer presentations, leads as well as appointments and we will set a lot of them for you. New agents on the Fountain Group are earning $60,000 plus annually with the potential for well over six figures.

YOUR PROMISE TO US: The On-boarding Process will require a full-time commitment. You will attend weekly time blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. In each of the classes, you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. We know you can do better than the Average Agent! The average agent sells 8 homes a year. We do that in just a couple of weeks. You can get there, we can help!

REQUIREMENTS: An active State Real Estate License, OR, currently enrolled in classes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
  • Learn a proven, consultative sales approach to differentiate yourself from your competition
  • "Win" the relationship by utilizing our customized marketing presentations offering the very best services available in the industry
  • Learn our system which will earn you repeat business and referrals
  • Manage your own database of clients using our best practices within our CRM

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate license (or actively pursuing)
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Serve as a strong advocate for your clients and their goals
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Must own a smart phone and computer
  • Some weekend and evening hours required

Compensation
$70,000+
