Responsibilities

Buyer's Agent

  • Manage incoming lead relationships via telephone, email, text, and BoomTown CRM
  • Convert leads handed off from Inside Sale Agents into appointments
  • Identify homes that meet the criteria as specified by the needs analysis
  • Show homes to pre-qualified clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new leads and existing client database
  • Write and negotiate clients to contract offers
  • Effectively communicate with the management team, clients, and prospects
  • Consult with clients for the real estate sales transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • High level of motivation to succeed
  • Ability to learn provided processes, systems, checklists, scripts, and dialogues

Listing Agent

  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Respond to all leads and potential home sellers in a timely fashion to build a solid client base
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Qualifications

  • English fluency
  • Well organized
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Customer service-oriented and sales experience
  • Ability to learn provided CRM software to keep prospects/clients information organized and confidential
  • Ability to learn provided processes, systems, checklists, scripts, and dialogues
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Valid licensed real estate agent sales in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia (Maryland preferred)
