We are seeking highly motivated sales Agents looking to build business opportunities by setting appointments, working with both buyers and sellers, and participating in training classes to further your skill level and build your Real Estate business.

Our ideal Real Estate Sales Agent candidate will provide an advanced-level customer service approach to all clients. The candidate’s ability to adapt rapidly, and work in a team environment supporting others is highly important.

Responsibilities
  • Is effective at persuading and advising clients
  • Frequently host open houses to increase your network
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results
  • The ideal candidate will be committed to follow up, follow through, and follow back
  • Respond to all listing leads/requests
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions
  • Train team members on best practices
  • Work closely with Sellers to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Network to source new business as needed
  • Explain market power and benefits of multiple listing service (MLS)
  • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests
  • Weekly training to keep you updated on the latest technology
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Quick on your feet
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Compensation for Real Estate Agents is commission-based. You will find that the more effort you put into making sales and purchases, the more income you will generate for yourself. Real Estate Agents often earn over $100,000 after they've established a loyal client base.
