Responsibilities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
  • Provide world-class customer service to buyers and sellers
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice

Qualifications
  • Tech savvy
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

  • Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain (We can help you get one!)
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Determination, and a great team player
  • Always positive, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Thrives in a true team environment
  • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Always possessing a positive attitude, is a dynamic thinker
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Available on weekdays and weekends for clients
  • Learn to take the competitive edge with new technologies

Compensation
$75,000 (Commission Based)
