• Prepare Representation Contracts, Purchase Agreements, and Leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
• Locate potential homebuyers and educate them on properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Function as the main point of contact between Buyer and Seller to ensure a successful sale.
• Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and educate them on their local real estate market.
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication and build a sales pipeline to cultivate qualified leads.
• Build a pipeline of Agents as well as Buyers and Sellers that want to grow with you.
• Learn to convey the absolute best value proposition in the industry to your colleagues.

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. Please do not apply if you are not licensed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of real estate success
