We are looking for some good agents who know they could make even more money if they were just given some leads. We're a high producing team with a lot of listings throughout the Triangle Region. Those listings generate buyer leads that we pass on to our agents. We'd like to bring on some additional agents to convert those leads into sales!

In addition to getting leads and getting paid a good split, we're looking for some of the agents to help us out with some additional listing work where the agent would go on listing appointments and get paid after the appointment instead of waiting until the property sells. The agent gets paid regardless of whether or not the appointment turns into a listing. This is additional, non-commission work that helps with your cash flow during slow times and puts you in front of even more future buyers while getting paid for the appointment. (This is not required to join our team, but it's an extra opportunity if you are interested.)

We're looking for licensed real estate agents in NC who prefer to work independently from home instead of working in an office. The agent should have good availability to meet with clients at various times of the day and week, be comfortable enough with computers to be able to create a customized search of the MLS and run comps for clients, have good follow-up skills to keep a buyer moving along towards a purchase and be in good enough physical condition to go up and downstairs to view all areas of a home.

Responsibilities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Great communication and social skills
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan, commission
