High-producing real estate team looking for dynamic team member to assist with massive growth!

Excellent skills in communication, organization, and ability to navigate a sales process are a must. Candidate must have their own laptop computer, smartphone and reliable vehicle.

Candidate will be given home buyer and seller contact information on a consistent basis and will be expected to nurture them through consistent communication and education towards a successful consultation and eventually a closing. Candidate will also be responsible for generating their own clientele via prospecting and marketing strategies on which they'll be trained and coached.

Our team offers full-time support for transaction coordination, marketing and administrative assistance. Our team leader is a Productivity Coach for the brokerage and has been in Tom Ferry coaching for over 5 years.

We also have a team videographer for social media marketing and branding and inside sales agent transferring live buyers and sellers via phone to our team members.

It's preferred the applicant be a licensed real estate agent but a non-licensed person will be considered if he/she obtains their license within 60 days of being hired. Candidate will be required to work 20 - 40 hours per week including weekends and nights to work open houses and show property.

After one year, the right candidate will have made $100,000 in net commissions and bonuses. Please submit resume or LinkedIn profile and cover letter. We look forward to hearing from you!'

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Tech savvy
Compensation
$100,000 at plan earnings
