• Buyers - set searches, show homes & prepare/negotiate a winning Offer
• Sellers - market, show, provide feedback & negotiate Offer for best price and terms
• Oversee the transaction process from Offer to Close
• Maintain relationship after the sale

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
