Fantastic opportunity here in local Real Estate!

A high-producing Sales Agent within our organization is looking to bring a newer Agent under her wing to build a collaborative partnership with. You will receive hot Buyer clients and will learn how to build a pipeline of warm leads to nurture as well. There will be an expectation to set 2-4 appointments a week from the pipeline with the proper coaching and guidance in place to do just that. This opportunity is for someone who is committed to mastering systems, follow-up, and our CRM to become a lead conversion expert.

MUST HAVE excellent organizational skills, a coachable mindset, and a hunger to do more.

Responsibilities

  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from client about potential homes

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Technology-driven and savvy
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Compensation
$80,000+
