Responsibilities
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Build rapport with the buyer or seller, overcome objections, and negotiate the contract
  • Show properties and work with residential buyers and sellers all over the Greater Houston area
  • Be available for team training and meetings

Qualifications
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Technology driven
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

  • Must be willing to drive to show clients properties all over Houston
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
  • This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or by whatever means possible
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position. Must be willing to obtain one if you don't currently have one.

Compensation
$81,500 - $120,000 at plan
