What we expect from you: 

Maintain an active Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Arizona, or be willing to complete licensing courses and other requirements at your own cost in order to obtain your License. Be a Team Player. We share everything that we know about business and real estate with our agents. Show up, be attentive, ask questions, and execute the plan.

Responsibilities

  • Go on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties
  • Manage leads within our CRM
  • Pre-appointment planning
  • Build rapport with buyers/sellers
  • Work with your Personal Business Coordinator to attain professional goals

Job Basic Requirements:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Tech-savvy
  • A Desire to love your Job and help others as a priority!

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active real estate license
  • Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal
  • Must be motivated and determined

Compensation
$140,000 - $240,000
