Responsibilities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

  • Prospect and connect with customers who are interested in buying or selling real estate
  • Meet with potential clients to establish their needs & provide consultation
  • Assist clients with finding homes, showings of homes, inspections, writing contracts, and closings
  • Follow up with prospects and previous customers
  • Updating CRM with notes for following up on your leads
  • Maintain license through continuing education courses

Qualifications
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

  • Desire to be the best version of yourself through continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Enjoy meeting new people and guiding them through their real estate transactions
  • Able to manage your time effectively
  • Hold an ND or MN Real Estate License or the desire to obtain one
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000 - Commission Based
