Responsibilities

  • Master the local real estate market: trends, values, neighborhoods, etc.
  • Consistently create leads and service company leads; reach out to and follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities;
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to 1) understand their needs, and 2) earn their trust;
  • Help home buyers find and buy their next dream home; help sellers sell their current property; help investors grow their wealth through real estate; 
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and earn future referrals

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales success or demonstrated excellence in your current career path
  • Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Top-notch time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • A team player that plays to win! 
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • An Ohio or Kentucky real estate license (don’t worry; we’ll pay for this!)
  • You must be fully licensed to begin

Compensation
$110,000 +
